Have you heard of Hebesu? Known as the "phantom citrus," this rare specialty is seldom found outside Miyazaki Prefecture. It has a thinner skin than Kabosu or Sudachi, and its juice offers a surprisingly smooth, fruity taste without any sharp acidity. Rather than overpowering a dish, it subtly enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients.

We’re excited to announce a special collaboration event, 【宮崎へべすナイト×九州男児女児会 2026】, held at MOSS CROSS TOKYO! This event brings together 《へべすナイト》(Hebesu Night) — a celebration of Hebesu and Miyazaki ingredients — with our periodically held event,《九州男児女児会》(Kyushu Festival).

On the day of the event, you can enjoy an exquisite buffet-style pairing of Hebesu with a wide variety of specialty ingredients shipped directly from Miyazaki.

Our chef will prepare an exclusive, one-night-only menu that brings out the best in these local ingredients, featuring beautifully marbled Miyazaki beef with its subtle sweetness, premium local pork and chicken, fresh seafood, as well as fresh vegetables and mushrooms.

The drink selection is 100% Miyazaki, including authentic shochu and a luxurious Hebesu-cello made with plenty of fresh Hebesu. We’ll also have non-alcoholic options available, so everyone can feel welcome and enjoy the evening.

We’re also preparing exciting activities for the evening, including inspiring talks where you can learn about the passion of the local producers who lovingly grow these ingredients.
