MOSS CROSS TOKYO, the main dining venue inside Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya, is seeking a Breakfast Head Chef (including candidates for the position) to lead and support the start of a premium day for guests.

MOSS CROSS TOKYO mornings are highly international, welcoming a diverse array of global travelers staying at the hotel. While the breakfast buffet requires large-scale cooking, it consistently demands high hotel-quality standards. Managing both speed and premium quality is a rewarding challenge, which is why the restaurant is looking for a leader to support the kitchen at its core.

Perfection from day one is not required. What matters most is the sincerity to pour passion into every dish and collaborate with the team to deliver the perfect morning experience. Anyone who prides themselves on hospitality and dedication will find a meaningful opportunity here.

While early morning shifts require commitment, they offer the significant benefit of ending by early afternoon, leaving the entire rest of the day free for personal life. This position is ideal for culinary professionals who value a morning-oriented lifestyle or wish to utilize their experience to take the next step in their career.
