Passion and passion attract people, move their hearts, and can even bring tears to their eyes. We have taken up the baton of such "delicious stories" and will continue to weave them, creating new ones.

In an age where delicious food can be enjoyed anywhere, we operate restaurants across the country with a focus on being "healthy" and "caring for the earth." We believe that exquisite ingredients, sourced from scenic regions and imbued with the love of the chef, have the power to enrich people's lives. We continually question what lies beyond deliciousness and strive for constant innovation. We pursue sustainable deliciousness while caring for both the body and the earth.

We start by asking whether we’d serve it to a loved one. From that perspective, we craft themes suited to the ingredients and create products with care. Our lineup ranges from the signature “Medicinal Bouillon Shabu-Shabu” to additive-free gelato and seasonings made from carefully selected ingredients.

Every Team CROSS journey is fully custom-made, offering a unique culinary adventure where participants share seasonal flavors and fleeting moments. Encounters found only here make the journey’s memories richer and lasting.

Meeting and finishing there might work.
If the destination is the same, the journey there can be as you like. Stay a night early to visit a restaurant, or relax at a nearby hot spring while savoring the trip’s afterglow—both are wonderful. Of course, we can also offer suggestions and arrangements, letting you enjoy a journey that’s comfortable and true to your style.
