Ristorante CROSS 47, located on Kokusai Dori in Naha, is thrilled to announce our third winery collaboration dinner on Friday, July 10th. This time, we are partnering with a winery straight from Italy—it is bound to be a passionate, unforgettable night!


The Story Behind This Event

CA.FORM.JAPAN, a comprehensive Italian food trading company based in Veneto, Italy, established its Okinawa branch in 2022 to support local restaurants. Among their selection, the most popular wines come from "Il Poggiarello," a brand owned by the winery Cantina 4 Valli in the Emilia-Romagna region. We are deeply honored that this top-tier winery approached us to create this exclusive, one-night-only collaboration dinner.



About the Winery: Il Poggiarello

With over 70 years of history under Cantina 4 Valli, Il Poggiarello is dedicated to elevating the grape-growing traditions of the Piacenza region, striving for ultimate excellence. Their vineyard management is meticulous—from soil conditioning and pruning to strict manual grape thinning and hand-picking. This rigorous process overcomes vintage variations, earning them high international acclaim and prestigious awards within just a few years. Deeply loving their land, they practice biodiversity, ensuring the surrounding flora and fauna thrive in perfect harmony with nature.



This pairing dinner features a total of five wines—including three from the globally acclaimed Il Poggiarello lineup—beautifully paired with Okinawa-inspired Italian cuisine crafted by Team 47. Grounded in a deep respect for the traditional flavors of the Emilia-Romagna region, the menu blends Italian heritage with Okinawa's unique food culture. It is a one-of-a-kind culinary marriage you can only experience here, on this specific night.



For this event, Ms. Jeanette, the Global Export Manager from Cantina 4 Valli who travels the world, will be joining us from Italy to bring an authentic Italian breeze to Okinawa. The energetic Italian staff from CA.FORM.JAPAN and the wine importer, Fudo Co., Ltd., will also be there to liven up the evening. To all wine lovers: let’s take a short trip to Italy together! Fee: 15,000 JPY per person (tax included)

Includes: 6-course dinner, 5 wine pairings, and post-dinner coffee/tea
