7 Years with the CROSS Burg

Ristorante CROSS 47, located along Kokusai Dori in Naha, is celebrating its 7th anniversary on January 14th.

Looking back, the journey has not always been smooth, but thanks to the continuous support of long-time patrons and the many guests encountered over these past seven years, the restaurant has happily made it to this day. The entire team at CROSS 47 wishes to express their deepest gratitude.

To show this appreciation, the days from January 12th (Sun) to 17th (Fri) will be designated as "7th Anniversary Week." During this period, a limited-edition special dish will be served: CROSS Burg, the CROSS Group's legendary specialty that was originally featured on the main course menu on the restaurant's very first opening day.

The CROSS Burg is a masterpiece made with selected premium Wagyu beef mince wrapped around rich foie gras, all perfectly paired with a deeply layered, flavorful sauce based on black truffle and Madeira wine.

To accompany this special dish, selected wines will also be offered at promotional prices. The team would be delighted to share a drink and celebrate this 7th anniversary moment with you.
