"泡フェス(Sparkling Festival) 2025 ~Global Bubbles & Japanese Flavors~" was successfully hosted at MOSS Shibuya last Friday. Heartfelt gratitude goes out to everyone who attended this spectacular evening!

A curated selection of 16 distinct sparkling wines from around the world, plus a special appearance of Dom Pérignon 2009, beautifully paired with an extensive buffet menu to illuminate this 1-night-only culinary celebration. Marking a long-awaited return to hosting self-organized events in Tokyo, the entire team thoroughly enjoyed creating this memorable night alongside the guests.

MOSS CROSS TOKYO shibuya will host the long-awaited return of its self-organized culinary celebration, "Sparkling Festival." As the long, hot summer fades and the subtle arrival of autumn begins to felt, this exclusive evening invites guests to indulge in a carefully selected array of exceptional sparkling beverages.

The lineup features more than 15 varieties of premium sparkling wines from across the globe, including fine Champagne and Prosecco. To ensure a diverse selection, the event will also feature an array of other carbonated favorites such as beer, sours, and highballs. Refreshing white and red wines, along with non-alcoholic options, will also be available. Guests can look forward to a masterful, 1-day-only buffet menu crafted by the chef specifically to complement the sparkling selections.

Furthermore, a special rock-paper-scissors tournament will be held during the party, offering the lucky winner exclusive access to a premium, high-end Champagne.
