To all wine lovers in Tokyo, the long-awaited moment has arrived.


On Thursday, March 28, the special event "Gourmand & Wine Nommulier"—a signature series by CROSS TOKYO showcasing the harmonious pairing of "Japanese Delicacies" and "Global Wines" through the collaboration of expert chefs and wine professionals—will officially resume.



What is Wine Nommulier?

This premium culinary event celebrates seasonal delicacies from across Japan, offering expertly crafted dishes beautifully paired with a curated selection of global wines. Bringing together wine enthusiasts and gourmands for each edition, the gathering fosters and enjoys Japan's unique wine-and-dining culture. It offers an inspiring experience designed to expand the possibilities of Japanese ingredients and enrich how wine is enjoyed at the everyday dining table.



For this highly anticipated revival edition, the theme is "Producers Loved by CROSS × Global Wines." Chef Fukushima and Team CROSS will gather exceptional ingredients from various regions of Japan to present a full, seated-style course menu. The perfectly tailored wine pairings for the evening will be presented by Senior Sommelier Tatsuo Nakatsuka.
