MOSS okinawa: 3rd Anniversary

Ristorante MOSS okinawa, located in the annex of Hotel Strata Naha, celebrated its 3rd anniversary on December 23rd. Guided by the rich terroir of Okinawa and supported by many wonderful guests, these past three years have become an invaluable asset for the team. The deepest gratitude goes out to everyone for their continuous patronage.


In 2024, Head Chef Nakamura was selected as a featured chef representing Okinawa. This recognition stands as a testament to the distinct "Okinawa × French" culinary philosophy that MOSS okinawa has consistently pursued. Rather than simply using traditional Okinawan ingredients and food culture, the restaurant elevates their vitality through refined French techniques, reconstructing them into entirely new value. Being recognized for this relentless pursuit of innovation is an exceptional honor.



In April, Service Manager Kodama joined as a powerful new asset to the team. Having honed skills at overseas wineries and bars, followed by managing the Akasaka and Singapore locations, Kodama’s extensive experience adds rich, multi-layered depth to the restaurant's hospitality. In addition to delicate wine pairing proposals, it is now possible to share the restaurant's passion and the stories behind Okinawan ingredients even more deeply with global guests. The space where guests can transcend cultural boundaries and truly relax while enjoying fine dining has evolved further than ever before.



MOSS okinawa remains dedicated to engaging sincerely with the ingredients nurtured by Okinawa's bountiful nature and its time-honored traditional cuisine. The entire team will continue to refine their craft to deliver fresh surprises and deeply memorable experiences upon every visit.
